Jolted
My dreams last night were a scurry of intense events, many I barely remember. What I do remember most was being in an old room, no carpet, dirty walls and floors, almost like a bathroom in a sense. I was sitting alone waiting for something I believe and suddenly I started to notice the entire room, perhaps even the earth below was vibrating strongly. The force intensified quickly and to the point that I was rendered immobile and unable to move, paralyzed by this intense vibrating force as I felt it coursing through my body like intensifying shocks of electricity. Just when I hit the point of absolute panic, I suddenly woke up into the real world but something wasn't right. I noticed I was having trouble breathing and my chest was constricting with horrible anxiety. I really don't understand what happened but I think I had stopped breathing and this was perhaps my body's way of reacting to it? It was very scary. It took me nearly an hour to return to sleep.
